Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver all over Prague and within 20 km.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery price is calculated by address. Orders over 2,000 CZK get free delivery within Prague.
How does delivery work?
Delivery is in two-hour slots from 10:00 to 20:00. Morning delivery (6:00-10:00) and evening (20:00-22:00) with a surcharge of 300 CZK, night (22:00-0:00) with a surcharge of 400 CZK.
Will I get a photo before delivery?
Yes, we photograph every bouquet before sending and send you a photo - when ordering via Instagram, messengers or phone.
How is the bouquet packaged?
Bouquets are delivered in an aquabox with a carrier, care instructions, chrysal (if needed) and our business card.
What if the recipient is not home?
The courier will try to contact the recipient by phone. If unsuccessful, they will contact the sender. The bouquet can be left with neighbors or at the door by agreement.

Will the bouquet look exactly like the photo?
We strive for maximum accuracy. If a specific flower is unavailable, we replace it with a similar one of equal or higher quality. We always send a photo of your bouquet before delivery.
How long do bouquets stay fresh?
With proper care, our bouquets last 7-10 days. We include care instructions with every bouquet.
Can I order a custom bouquet?
Yes! Contact us via Instagram or by phone and our florists will create a bouquet exactly to your wishes.
Payment
How does payment work?
We work exclusively on full prepayment. We do not start preparing the bouquet without payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay), Czech bank transfer or cash at the store.
Do I need to send payment confirmation?
Yes, after payment please send us a confirmation (when ordering via Instagram, messengers or phone).
Can I pay in cash?
Yes, you can pay cash at My Angel (Kobylisy) or Freja (Žižkov) stores.
Complaints
What to do if the bouquet arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately by phone with a photo. We will provide a replacement on the delivery day for free.
Can I cancel my order?
Payment is non-refundable after flowers have been ordered. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change order details.
