Delivery
We deliver flowers all over Prague and within 20 km. Delivery price is calculated based on address - orders over 2,000 CZK get free delivery within Prague. Delivery is in two-hour slots: - 10:00-12:00, 12:00-14:00, 14:00-16:00, 16:00-18:00, 18:00-20:00 - Morning slots 6:00-8:00 and 8:00-10:00 (+300 CZK) - Evening slot 20:00-22:00 (+300 CZK) - Night slot 22:00-0:00 (+400 CZK) We photograph every bouquet before sending and send you a photo. Bouquets are delivered in an aquabox with a carrier, care instructions, chrysal and our business card.

Pickup
You can pick up your bouquet at one of our stores: My Angel - Burešova 1662/4, Prague 8 (Kobylisy) Freja - Biskupcova 1791, Prague 3 (Žižkov) Opening hours: every day 8:00-20:00 Pickup is always free.
Payment
We work exclusively on full prepayment basis. We do not start preparing the bouquet without payment. Payment methods: - Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) - Transfer to Czech bank account - Cash at the store After payment, please send us a confirmation (when ordering via Instagram, messengers or phone). Payment is non-refundable after flowers have been ordered.
Guarantee
We send you a photo of your bouquet before shipping.
Bouquets are delivered in an aquabox with a carrier, chrysal and care instructions.
We use only fresh flowers from verified suppliers.
